Allied light cavalry on parade
Stapleton-Cotton, Ponsonby and Uxbridge have been reviewing the recently expanded allied light cavalry contingent.
It was never part of my plan for this year (if I had a plan at all) to increase the size of the allied light cavalry force but sometimes things just happen.

I dream of the day when I will have enough painted cavalrymen to have a brigade and for it to look as good as these chaps.

Iain - thanks for that although in both units I only painted half the figures myself.

They really do look marvellous - lovely job.
You should have used the famous Scottish solicitors, Robb, Cheetham and Steele. Are they criminal lawyers? Is there another type?
I would like to have used Love, Makepeace and Joye but unfortunately they don't practice north of the border.
I remember Julian and Sandy who had a criminal practice which took up all their time

Hi Lee - I do have a nice acrylic display cabinet with mirrored back but it was the only item that didn't survive our move this year. I can't even blame the removals men as I broke it myself taking it off the wall! I haven't repaired it yet so currently all the Hinton Hunts are in boxes in the cupboard. I must get this sorted because it's crazy to keep them hidden away after all the work that has been put in!
