Grand Review

Before I cleared away the figures following the recent game I thought it would be a good idea to hold a grand review. All my Hinton Hunts are on the table with the exception of the individually based skirmishers and some of the personality figures (which weren't used in the scenario) and the Austrian Hussars who were somehow left off the OOB.

5 units French cavalry, 7 units French infantry, 4 units allied cavalry and 12 units allied infantry + 5 allied artillery (the French artillery had already been cleared away) - approximately 600 figures.

    Nice review, it's great to put everything out on display like that, but no, project not over - there's always just one more unit, or a 'must buy' spotted on ebay...

    Xaltotun is quite right. The dogs may bark, but the caravan and thus the project, moves on. Parading is an integral oart of collecting these lovely old figures, how smart and eager they look n their pristine finery.
    Maybe you should have a bit of a theme such as building each nation to a certain size, or a paricular orbat. Need I point out that you still have the Peninsula to do and lots of interesting allied units?

    Happy to see the heroic Swiss battalion back in the line. My salutations to them. And the Silesians must surely have graduated beyond postal executive status?
